Origin
Catavento is a project that originated in 2021 from Isabel’s dream of creating a space where children can grow and seniors can age with dignity. She envisioned a place where different generations meet and learn from each other, promoting a happier and healthier community. Inspired by Isabel’s dream, Ângela, with the support of Adriana and Eduarda, decided to turn this vision into reality. Along the way, others joined the project, including Pedro and Bruna.
Together, they are committed to creating a welcoming space where families gather, children play, and seniors share their stories. It is a meeting point for families to spend quality time together, a beacon of joy and community unity. Much more than an indoor play and activity space, it has a strong community orientation, designed to share the passion for intergenerationality.

Our mission is clear: to unite generations through moments of learning and fun, fostering bonds of friendship and community.
At Catavento, we are creating a family-friendly and welcoming environment for the families in our community. It’s a place where children can unleash their imagination, play, and manage their emotions. We invite them to calm down, find themselves, and respect others. Whether in the reading nook, playing a game, building something at the activity table, or “working” in the play kitchen, they can be in the company of other children, their parents, or grandparents.
